Party Reservation Request

Parties are a fun way to celebrate birthdays, end of the school year, or just a great day! During pool season we offer the picnic tables to the right of the check-in area or the picnic tables in the back left corner of the pool. We also offer the club deck behind the proshop year round. Each area has a limit of around 30 individuals.

To request a party reservation please review the guidelines and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. 

• Pool party rental: $30 rental fee for a 3 hour block
  • All non-member guests are $5 (swimming or not)
• Club deck rental: $30 rental fee for 3 hour block
  • No charge for non-member guests (as long as not playing racquet sports), guest fees apply if playing
  • Pool use in-conjunction of the deck rental is not permitted
• Reservations must be received a week in advance to process (if space available)
  • Available times can be viewed via the reservation section of your manage account page
  • If reservation system doesn’t show an event, the space is available (it will show 0 spots available as default)
• Once reservation request form is received we will reply with confirmation
  • Bill for payment of rental fee will be sent prior to event
  • Please prepay for guest passes on your account prior to event for pool or use the racquet guest fee link for racquet
• Your reservation should appear on the events calendar
• Upon arrival at the pool, guests should check in at the front desk and state the party name to be directed to the appropriate area
• If reserving for more than 30 people at the pool, both areas will be required, including additional rental fees for both spaces
• No pool reservations permitted during holiday weekends, movie nights, music events, other special events, or at board discretion
• Please clean-up and leave the area as you found it
• All guests will be held to the same standard for club rules and behavior
