Men’s Tennis Workouts

Overview

Our men’s tennis workout program is available year-round for those interested in improving their tennis games through competitive practice drills, games and instruction. The format of practice changes week-to-week with emphasis on different aspects of the game. Up to 16 players can participate each week.

Season

Runs year round (pending sufficient interest from members and guests). From mid-March through early November, workouts are conducted on the club’s courts. From early November into early March, workouts are held at an indoor center.

Levels

Players designated as 2.5 – 5.0 USTA ratings are welcome. Pending interest, separate sessions may be conducted for levels 2.5-3.5 and 4.0 & above. Workouts may be offered on multiple days per week during summer months.
