** 2025 CITY MEET DATES – July 10th-12th **

THURSDAY, JULY 10th – SATURDAY, JULY 12th

LOCATION:  GREENSBORO AQUATIC CENTER (GAC)

Your participation in City Meet matters. Please add the dates to your calendar. Information about City Meet can be found here (Greensboro CSA). Swimmers who participate in City Meet will also receive a HYPE BAG with a special City Meet shirt and other goodies! They will also get to participate in our HYPE BREAKFAST AND CITY MEET PARTY! Your commitment to City Meet is important to the team, especially for relays as this is the end of season tournament where many swimmers post their best times.

City Meet Details:

    • City Meet Sign Up – need ASAP for planning of hype bags, breakfast and party
    • Volunteer Sign Up – required to sign up at least once if swimmer participates
    • Swimmer Events – chosen by the coach, will be attached a week before
    • FAQ Documents – specific to Cardinal (may be adjusted as we get closer)

What your swimmer should bring:

  • Towel(s)
  • Cap
  • Goggles
  • Team shirt & Suit
  • Water bottle/snacks if needed
  • Chair or sleeping bag (The floor is hard)
  • Sweatshirt/Parka as the water in the pool is cold
  • Spares of anything
  • Games to pass the time (optional)
  • Listening ears and a good attitude
