About the Aquatram PT Portable Pool Lift:

Before using the pool lift, members are required to fill out a liability waiver. This waiver acknowledges the weight capacity and ensures that the Club is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while using the lift.
To use the lift, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete the Waiver: Please fill it out below.
- Contact the Head Guard on Duty: Once your waiver is submitted and confirmed by the board, you can contact the head guard on duty for assistance with the pool lift when you visit.
